NCLB / AYP Analysis
CaseNEX – DataCation supports school districts with resources fully aligned to individual state regulations governing accountability under No Child Left Behind (NCLB). Schools can offset low student performance outcomes and promote academic success by DataCation teams assessing student needs and analyzing diagnostic data and performance trends.
Now data can drive the instructional needs of individual students and accountability subgroups, as well as the professional development needs of teachers and instructional support specialists.
Promotional / Diagnostic Analysis
DataCation provides support to district and school leaders at all levels, as well as teachers and support specialists to better understand and utilize to their advantage the statistical formulas, regulations and policies relating to graduation eligibility, diagnostic assessments, item analysis, and promotional tracking.
DataCation trains users and develops modules to school communities to better understand data in Small Learning Communities (SLCs), Academic Intervention Services, and Instructional Groups. Custom Reports and analyses are applied to determine if a particular pedagogical approach or program is meeting performance goals relative to state or local standards. Diagnostic analysis will provide schools and districts with subject concentration areas as well as differentiated professional development for teacher groups. DataCation support modules are in place to support staff in using and developing their understanding of data in term to increase student performance.
Data Reporting
DataCation provides support services to work with States, Districts and schools to consult on developing a data reporting infrastructure for data reliability. DataCation support teams provide the necessary tools and work to validating information entered into different school management systems and recognizes inconsistencies to implement district-wide practices and policy to ensure consistent data integrity.
