DataCation product modules are designed to fit the needs of any school or district based on their particular data requirements and structures. The DataCation group integrates each unique set of requirements into their system to provide predictive and evaluative reports for district metadata systems.

DataCation systems take customization beyond the standard on-and-off module components from a system administrator. The client is part of the process from the beginning design phase. Reporting is based on district needs and is offered at no additional setup cost. The system is also designed to accommodate requests for additional data reports needed by your school, district, or organization using our custom reporting tool.

To help clients determine the best use of our services, we evaluate their current data systems. We then develop ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) procedures to make data on any SIS or District data system compatible with DataCation data systems. These adaptations enable districts and schools continue to use the same SIS but to produce new, customizable data reports that fit users’ needs, as well as additional data applications to enhance current district software. This system can be hosted locally at the district, or CaseNEX will host and maintain the system centrally.

DataCation does not sell out-of-the-box software applications. Each system is designed to fit district needs with no additional licensing cost. This custom model is cost effective and allows districts to develop new applications that are not possible with pre-packaged software.
